The collector guide / Your information
PRIVACY POLICY.
Trust is part of the collection. Here is what happens to the information you share with Panel Vault Comics.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you send an order or item inquiry, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, requested items, and message. We also retain inquiry and order records, including the details we agree to before payment and records needed to handle fulfillment and customer service.
If additional identity verification is needed for a confirmed purchase, we will explain the request separately. Do not submit identity documents or payment-card images through the site’s inquiry forms or by ordinary email.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to respond to inquiries, confirm item details and availability, prepare an invoice, fulfill and ship an agreed order, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records. We do not use inquiry details to enroll you in a marketing list.
The cart uses storage in your browser so your selected items remain on that device. Account sign-in, if used, is handled through the sign-in service shown to you.
WHO RECEIVES IT
We share information as needed with services that operate the store, deliver inquiry emails, process payment through a separate secure link, verify identity when applicable, and ship orders. Those providers receive only information needed for their roles. We may disclose information when required by law or to address fraud and disputes. We do not sell customer information.
Payments are not collected on this website. The payment provider’s own privacy terms also apply when you use its payment link.
SECURITY & RETENTION
We limit access to customer records and use service providers and reasonable safeguards suited to the information involved. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer service, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and disputes, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate.
For a question about your information or a request to access, correct, or delete it where applicable, email inquiry@panelvaultcomics.com. We may need to verify the requester before acting.
