SHIPPING IS ON US
Standard shipping for confirmed orders is free. The item price and applicable tax are confirmed in your final invoice before you pay. We ship to the delivery address agreed during order confirmation.
WHEN WE SHIP
Confirmed, fully paid orders received before 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on business days are typically prepared for same-day handoff to USPS Priority Mail, subject to successful verification, item availability, and the carrier’s pickup schedule. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on federal holidays are generally processed on the next business day.
This is a preparation and handoff target, not a guaranteed delivery date. If a delay affects your order, we will contact you with the revised timing and applicable options.
FOLLOW YOUR FIND
We email your USPS tracking number once a label is created. A label alone does not mean USPS has the package; tracking activity may begin only after its first physical scan. Carrier delivery estimates and transit times can change.
CHECK YOUR PACKAGE
Inspect your shipment promptly. After delivery, we will send a Product Receipt Acknowledgment so you can confirm receipt or report damage, a shortage, or an incorrect item. Please describe any issue within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and include photos when available. See the Refund Policy for how issues are reviewed and the rights that remain available to you.
