Clear expectations for finding, confirming, and purchasing collectibles from Panel Vault Comics.
INQUIRIES, NOT ORDERS
Adding an item to the cart or submitting an inquiry does not reserve inventory, create a final order, or charge you. Availability, the exact item, condition, price, tax, delivery address, and any other material details are confirmed with you before a purchase is finalized. An estimated cart total is not the final invoice.
COLLECTIBLE DETAILS
Comics and cards may differ by printing, variant, grade, condition, or other details. A cover image labeled as a reference or featured cover is not a promise that it depicts the exact physical copy. Before payment, review the agreed item description, condition notes, available actual-item photos, and any grading information on the final invoice or purchase agreement. Ask us to clarify anything that matters to your decision.
INVOICE & PAYMENT
We confirm the final terms directly with you and provide a detailed invoice and separate secure payment link. Payment is collected by the payment provider, not through this website. Please review the invoice and the provider’s terms before paying. We begin fulfilling a confirmed order after payment is verified.
YOUR OPTIONS
Our Shipping & Delivery page explains timing and tracking. Our Refund Policy explains cancellation requests, returns, and problems with an item or shipment. Nothing in these store terms removes rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.
